This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Where your order is delivered matters. The sections below apply as written to orders delivered to the United States and Canada. For orders delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, the item stays our responsibility until it is delivered to you, as set out at the end of this Policy. Nothing in this Policy takes away rights the consumer law of your country gives you.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
The products in this store are supplied by our Print-On-Demand merchant providers. Each item is printed for your order, then packed and shipped to you by our merchant providers.
- Your order is sent automatically to our merchant providers after successful payment.
- Every order is printed, packed, and shipped within three (3) business days of payment.
- All printing, packing, and dispatch are handled by our merchant providers.
Cancelling an Order
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. To cancel, email info@automatehorizon.com with your order number, and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that has already shipped. Once it has shipped, our Returns Policy applies.
Shipping Rates & Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and shipping destination:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees displayed at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
International Shipping
- International shipping rates apply and vary by location, weight, and package size.

Shipping estimates do not include delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after shipment.
- If tracking has not updated within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
- Incorrect Address: If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.
- Returned to Sender: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or delivery failure, you are responsible for any reshipping fees.
- Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect address input.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Late Set Media LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
If your package is lost in transit:
- Check your tracking information for updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to discuss possible resolution options.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If you believe a package was stolen, please file a claim with your local postal service.
Shipping Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL delays)
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- High seasonal order volumes (e.g., holidays)
- Customs processing for international shipments
United States and Canada
The sections above apply as written to orders delivered to the United States or Canada. If you live in Canada, the consumer protection law of your province or territory also applies, and nothing in this Policy limits rights it gives you.
United Kingdom
For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, the item is our responsibility until it is delivered to you (or to someone you name to receive it). This replaces “Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments” above:
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email info@automatehorizon.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.
- If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of your order date, or within the delivery date we agreed with you, and that date was essential, you can cancel and get a full refund.
- Your other rights are in our Returns Policy.
European Union
For orders delivered to a country in the European Union, the item is our responsibility until it is delivered to you (or to someone you name to receive it, other than the carrier). This replaces “Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments” above:
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email info@automatehorizon.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.
- If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of your order date, or another delivery period we agreed with you, you can ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period; if we still do not, you can end the contract and get a full refund.
- Your other rights are in our Returns Policy.
